Randi is a DONA-certified birth doula, Birth Becomes You–certified birth photographer, and postpartum doula.
Randi has been attending births for over 8 years in the Grand Rapids area. Randi overflows with joy and is so genuine, caring, and respectful. Randi believes that positive birth experiences stem from a feeling of empowerment by being consistently supported, heard, and made to feel safe during your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum season. She’s here to walk with you through every step and beautifully document it for you along the way.
Randi welcomed her daughters in 2023 and 2025.
Brianna Trammell
Bri is a DONA-certified birth doula, Birth Becomes You-certified birth photographer, and postpartum doula.
Bri was the first BIPOC doula-tog (doula and photographer) in the state of Michigan. Bri has been attending births for over 4 years in the Grand Rapids area. It was after an empowering birth experience of her own that Bri was compelled to pursue doula work. She now brings her kind, smiley self and her passion for birth and the fourth trimester to each interaction with her clients. Her presence in the birth space is calming and steady, and she desires that all birthing people have a safe and beautifully transformative experience.
Bri welcomed her daughters in 2020 and 2023. Bri looks forward to meeting her two angel babies one day.
Randi & Bri decided to join forces in 2023 and founded The Nurturing Company in 2024.
Bri & Randi use the Co-Doula Model of Care. Our clients get double the support during pregnancy and postpartum, and one of us attends each birth. Our clients love the team approach we bring to their birth experience!
