Doula Support

A: As your doulas, we provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We don’t replace medical providers; we work alongside them.
A: They deserve to feel supported, too. We don’t replace your partner; we help them support you!
A: A midwife or OB is a medical provider. We offer continuous support, advocacy, and comfort techniques, but do not perform medical tasks. We want you to know that we aim to partner with your provider to make sure you feel well-supported.
A: Absolutely! We support families in any setting and with any birth plan.
A: 100%! As your doula, we provide support for all kinds of births, including medicated, unmedicated, and surgical births.
A: Some plans do! We’ll guide you through the process of checking coverage and filing claims where possible.
A: Straight Medicaid, Priority Health Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, BCBS Medicaid, and Meridian Medicaid. If you do not see your insurance plan listed, let us know.

A: Yes. We offer compassionate doula care and remembrance photography for families experiencing loss, honoring every story.
A: Yes. We help families adjust with healing guidance, feeding support, newborn care tips, and space to rest and recover.

A: As your birth photographers, we capture the real, powerful, and tender moments of labor, delivery, and the first hours with your baby.
A: Not at all. We use a quiet, documentary style to capture moments without disrupting your birth space. Since the birth space is usually dark, we use a flash, but we're happy to put it away if it bothers you.
A: We remain on-call around your due date. If circumstances change, we adjust our plans, arriving when we can, and also offering newborn, postpartum, or “fresh 48” sessions as alternatives.
A: Yes! We specialize in offering combined doula + photography packages so you don’t have to choose between support and memories.
A: No, we do not offer a doula-only package. We are dedicated to supporting families interested in birth photography. We know that our clients will treasure their birth images forever.
A: Always. You decide what images you’d like to keep private and which (if any) we can share publicly.
