At your free consultation we’ll share our stories, gush over yours, laugh, dream, and talk details about what having The Nurturing Company as a part of your birth story could look like. It’s a fun (and delicious) time!

Yay, it’s a great fit! After your consultation, we’ll send you our booking link with options for birth, maternity, and newborn photography, birth support, birth prep education, and postpartum support too!

We’ll meet at least twice to go over your birth and postpartum plans, chat through options and expectations, and practice hands on comfort measures for labor. We also include a mini maternity session for all of our birth clients! Our goal is for you to feel prepared for labor, comfortable with having us in your space, and oh so celebrated!

We’ll join you in labor, offering hands on, emotional, and informational support for both the laboring person and their chosen birth team - all while beautifully capturing your story with our professional cameras. (We do this dance all the time, we promise it works seamlessly.) We’ll stay with you until about two hours after your sweet baby love arrives.

After your birth day party, we’re still in action supporting you. We’ll check in to chat about your birth during the first two weeks of baby’s arrival, offer infant feeding support, and answer all of your baby care questions. We are both postpartum doulas and newborn photographers too, so we can jump into full gear for you if you’d like!

Then your birth story reveal will be around 4-6 weeks after your birth. We’ll bring snacks and make a big deal out of it because you grew and birthed a HUMAN, and that deserves to be celebrated!

We LOVE repeat clients so much that we even offer a discount to all of our previous birth clients to work with us again. You become a part of our family, and getting to see your crew grow brings us so much joy!

We also love to do family lifestyle sessions too, so we can keep the fun photos flowing!
